Recommended Daily Dose:

Take five capsules twice daily, until desired results occur. Once results have been attained, the daily recommended amount can be reduced to a maintenance level of 3 capsules twice daily if desired (the maintenance amount can vary between individuals). For those having difficulty swallowing capsules, the capsule can be opened and the powder poured into a smoothie, yogurt, or combined with food.
